Designed weekly worship services, including music selection and arrangements for multiple instrumentalists
Planned prayer and scripture readings in a simple gospel-shaped liturgical structure
Coordinated with the preaching pastor each week to ensure continuity of message and appropriateness of response elements of the service
Rehearsed worship choir and small ensembles for worship leadership
Created arrangements for and rehearsed a live worship band (piano, acoustic guitar, bass, percussion, violin, flute, keyboard)
Oversaw all audio and video aspects of campus, including the installation and maintenance of multiple systems and training volunteers on sound and software based systems
